Unchained Fun!

B'SD

4 Sivan, 5777

I've been through an unusually busy period of time as my workload has increased in recent weeks. I'm writing more for www.e-counseling. com, chairing my community's summer picnic next week (it took 2 months of 'round the clock work from me and my picnic planning committee), caring for children, editing medical research and managing the rest of my life.

On top of that I recently completed 10 months of physically draining vision exams in the hopes of qualifying for a form of therapy that might prove helpful to me. Efforts will resume in November if all works out as planned.

I'm relaxing with happiness-building music. Care to listen in with me?

Despite the exhausting schedule and emotions lately, I charge up my batteries with unchained fun.

It's the New Sexy! Food is Pharmaceutical!

B'SD

26 Sivan, 5777

The EMPOWER Yourself book holds much of the story about how organic foods strengthened my dangerously weakened body and helped to restore life to crushed optic nerves.

Sight returned to my eyes.

Strength filled my body.

Medical records were repeatedly made. Others seem to be shaping up, according to the medical professionals observing my on-going recovery 12 years after life-saving surgery.

I'm only one of so many people helped by a wholesome diet. The evidence that simple, unadulterated food and pure water can protect and restore health has long been obvious. But the medical profession has taken a long time to admit that.

Admissions have been made here and there, though and I'm noticing their increasing frequency. In just the past week I've noticed

Doctors Want Sugar and 'Cancer-Causing' Foods Out of Hospitals

A major doctors' group hopes to put an end to a great irony served up daily at most U.S. hospitals: The food offered there tends to contribute to obesity, diabetesheart disease, stroke and cancer — the very same conditions for which many of the hospital patients are seeking treatment...
So sad that it took this long for the news to finally, finally make headlines. I've advocated foods with zinc and zinc supplements to people facing surgery or recovering from other wounds for DECADES!

Worried about Alzheimer's?

Dr Bredesen's nutritional approach to preventing and curing Alzheimer's is focused on ridding your body of junk food which sabotages physical and mental health, and filling it with wholesome nutrition. A sad statement about the tradeoffs that people make for convenience.
Is it convenient to have Alzheimer's? No? Then weigh and re-rank your priorities. Build a better future on your plate.

"Reversing Alzheimer’s Disease" is a presentation by Dr. Dale Bredesen, MD that took place at Silicon Valley Health Institute on November 17, 2016. Alz

Health food advocates have long taught that "Food is a pharmacy." The concept is increasingly popular, the new "sexy" in the food industry.

Learn more about how pure food protects health and how the adulterated gunk filled with synthetic colorants, smell enhancers, preservatives and other health-sabotaging chemicals affect your health.

Well no wonder you have that headache! (Here's how to STOP it!)

B'SD

21 Sivan, 5777

I enjoyed a long, educational conversation across a few continents last night as I conferenced with some medical and mental health professionals. The conversation came about due to a most unusual observation that I'd made, then asked those professionals about the phenomenon.

Their collective jaws dropped as each conversationalist paused to consider what I'd said.

I have quite an informative article/blogpost regarding EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) coming up. It's a method for ending Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (an astonishing blessing in its own right).

Stand by for updates!

Meanwhile, no wonder you have that headache!

It was a Report not a Sentence.

B'SD

14 Sivan, 5777

The video I'd posted yesterday has been viewed at other sites, too. As you know, the speaker brought his live audience to their feet!

There's more to his story, and I happen to know it, being from Michigan. He was not a shining star in school. He'd been rejected by a few colleges due to his low grade point average.

He persevered. And rose above the problems.

What's the difference between a person who rises above their circumstances, and someone who doesn't?

Perspective.

Add the vocabulary you desire to answer my above question: Courage, insight, tenacity, the refusal to sit out on life, etc.

It all comes down to one thing: Refusal to be a victim.

Judge Bernstein interpreted his reality as a report, not as a sentence.

All of us can do the same thing.

Make it a new mantra when thinking about your situation: "It was a report not a sentence."

Live life to the fullest.

WITH your circumstances, not despite them.

Get it?
